“Are we honouring God in our actions, or just following the motions?”
This Thursday evening at 7.30 at Calvary Motherwell we will be in Mark 7:1-13, where Jesus challenges the Pharisees on tradition versus true devotion. When they question His disciples for breaking ritual washing rules, Jesus exposes their misplaced priorities, declaring, “You leave the commandment of God and hold to human traditions.” This passage invites us to reflect on the heart of our worship. Are we living in authentic obedience, or letting routine take the place of relationship with God?
As we study Mark 7:1-13 we will dive deeper into the meaning of true, wholehearted faith.
